About

Mission Statement

To connect the expertise and experience of former (corporate retired) senior executives and researchers with new generation leadership, to use judgement and technology to meet strategic and operational business challenges.

Rationale

The practical knowledge, experience and business connections of former senior executives are valuable, overlooked resources, and often not accessible.

New Guide intends to facilitate the flow of know-how from former senior executives to benefit start-up and emerging companies. These considerations motivated launching New Guide in July 2021.

Information Platform

New Guide is an information platform that comprises a website to profile advisors.

A Management Committee supervises the website, assigns clients to advisors, reviews and selects advisor applicants, and sets fee guidelines. Volunteer advisors staff the Management Committee.

Currently, all members of the Management Committee are based in Germany.

There are no financial transactions between the platform and client, or between the platform and advisor. Client engagements are customized consulting contracts negotiated between an independent advisor and a client. There are no contracts with New Guide. The platform provides information and facilitates connections at no charge.

For additional information about the platform, please send an email to [email protected].
